We collect your shipment and arrange delivery with customs handling. We’ll find an option suited to the route and contents.
Home delivery is the default. A CDEK collection point can be agreed in our messages.

For suitable shipments, we check the road courier option. Availability depends on the country, contents and current restrictions. If it doesn’t suit a shipment from Europe, we’ll check whether air courier delivery is possible.
The starting rates below are for road couriers only. They don’t apply to air delivery. Before booking, our team will confirm whether this option suits your items and route.

The rate applies to the full weight of one shipment. Fragile, valuable or non-standard items are quoted separately.
Road courier delivery averages 2–3 weeks. We’ll agree a more precise estimate when arranging the order, taking the contents, shipment details and seasonal demand into account.
For air courier delivery, we compare two amounts and take the higher: €60 for each started kilogram, or the parcel’s basic EMS rate plus 10% of the full contents value. The value must be supported by receipts or invoices. Road and air courier calculations are starting estimates: availability, details and the final price are agreed with our team. We handle customs, included in the agreed price for this service. Home delivery is the default; a nearby CDEK collection point can be agreed if more convenient.
